We're building something meaningful here — helping everyday Australians master their money through practical, accessible education. If you're passionate about making a real difference in people's financial lives, we'd love to meet you.
Personal finance education changes constantly. New regulations, market shifts, technology — there's always something to learn. That's why we invest seriously in our team's growth.
We cover conference attendance, certification programs, and advanced training. Last year, three of our educators completed their Certified Financial Planner coursework. Two others attended the Australian Financial Education Summit in Melbourne.
We also have monthly skill-sharing sessions where team members present on everything from behavioral economics to new teaching technologies. It keeps everyone sharp and brings fresh ideas into our programs.
Every role is different, but here's what most people experience when they join our team
Your first few weeks involve shadowing experienced educators, reviewing our curriculum philosophy, and understanding how we measure success. You'll also meet with current students to hear their perspectives directly.
Months 2-6 focus on developing your teaching style and content knowledge. You'll co-facilitate workshops, contribute to curriculum reviews, and identify areas where you want to specialize.
By month 6, you're leading your own sessions and contributing to program development. This is when most people find their groove and start seeing the impact of their work on student outcomes.
After your first year, opportunities open up for mentoring newer team members, designing new course modules, or leading special projects. Some people move into management roles, others become subject matter experts.
We're expanding our team for several new initiatives launching throughout 2025. If you're interested in helping Australians build stronger financial foundations, let's talk about how your experience could fit with our mission.
